Pocko - Original Lager - 4.2% (VG/GF)
Pocko is an award-winning pilsner brewed with UK hops in place of traditional German noble hop varieties. We also switched out traditional German pilsner malt for a UK grown pale malt.
You may know Pocko as 795, which was what we called this beer in its project phase.
Through using ingredients produced closer to home and natural carbonation, we have considerably reduced the carbon footprint from our ingredients. We have reduced the total distance between our suppliers and our brewery from 4110 miles to 795 - that’s 80% fewer miles.
Expect delicate herbaceous hop aromatics, sweet and bready malt flavours and a lasting hop bitterness, all rounded off with a crisp and clean finish thanks to a cool and slow lager fermentation.
