0.5% Original Pale Ale

Shaka Lo is a 0.5% version of our Original Pale Ale, naturally hazy, lightly bitter, easy drinking and thirst quenching. Shaka Lo showcases three flavoursome American hops: Cascade & Chinook deliver refreshing high notes of pine, lime zest and grapefruit, while Citra brings softer, juicier orange and peach. This beer is brewed with malted wheat and oats for a full body and subtle malt character which allows the hops to shine.

Note: Shaka Lo is 0.5% ABV. Many UK breweries label their 0.5% drinks Alcohol Free. In the EU and many places across the world, regulations allow 0.5% drinks to be labelled Alcohol Free, however, in the UK, the regulations stipulate 0.05% is Alcohol Free. Therefore, to meet UK regulations and to ensure consumers know exactly what they're getting, we aren't labelling our low alcohol beers Alcohol Free. To be even clearer, we're adding the abv into the name of the beer. As you may know, many foods naturally contain 0.5% alcohol, so most consumers looking for Alcohol Free drinks are happy with drinks labelled 0.5%, however, the education around this is still in its infancy.
